3. Ordering and Project Initiation

To initiate a project:

3. Agreement: Upon acceptance of the quote, a formal agreement will be drafted, and work will commence after receiving the signed agreement and any required initial payment.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment Schedule: Typically, a deposit is required upon agreement, with the balance due upon project completion. Specific terms will be outlined in the project agreement.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Refunds: Due to the customized nature of our services, all sales are final. Refunds are not provided once work has commenced.
• Cancellations: If a project is canceled by the client before work begins, a full refund of any deposit will be issued. Cancellations after work has started will not be eligible for a refund.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

• Provide all necessary materials and information required for the project in a timely manner.
• Ensure that all content provided does not infringe on third-party rights or violate any laws.
• Review deliverables promptly and provide feedback within the agreed-upon timeframes.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

• Ownership: Upon full payment, clients are granted rights to the final deliverables as specified in the project agreement.
• Usage Rights: FILM ART AI LLC retains the right to use project deliverables for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

8. Confidentiality

9. Limitation of Liability

FILM ART AI LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
